Ceramics I believe that at the core of my work, every painting speaks of something I have experienced.
Therefore I view my paintings as a self-portrait.
From dust we came and to dust we will go back to.
Perhaps this is why I love molding clay with my hands and experimenting with different shapes and building new objects. Sometimes they come out beautiful, other times funny or whimsical, but always useful.
